The design of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Jakarta blends traditional Islamic architecture with the unique characteristics of Hijazi style, reflecting the Islamic values upheld by the Kingdom. The architectural language embodies the authenticity of Islamic heritage while incorporating elements of Hijazi design, fostering a sense of connection to the Kingdom’s cultural identity. The design also emphasizes openness to the surrounding urban environment, promoting values of Islamic tolerance, solidarity, and reflecting Saudi Arabia’s warm relationship with the Indonesian society.
