The design of the Awtad Commercial Center is inspired by traditional Hijazi architecture from the Western Region. The front façade features wooden mashrabiyas, local stone, and Mamluk arches, as well as regular stone formations that lend the building a distinctive character. The repetition of arches and architectural elements emphasizes simplicity while enhancing the building’s prestige and beauty. The façade merges originality and modernity, giving the building a unique identity.
